Yes the Bass house is with out a doubt UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Something that I had hoped to do since we bought this house last June was to document and track the remodel of this place we call home. Since it is with out a doubt in progress, I thought now would be a good time to start. We have work going on both inside and out. So far the living conditions have been tolerable. Old places have a sort of nostalgia about them and certain little areas you don't want to destroy because of that- And others- not so much so. One of those was a not so lovely looking rose/sticker bush that well... has to go this year. It had the prettiest color of blooms but it looks very thorny and tired so out with the old, in with the new. Something I am determined to save however are my Peonies - I must keep them. Below are some pics of "Stay" or "Go's" around the place. And the list is sure to continue.
PEONIES- "stay"
BROWN STORAGE BUILDING - "go"
Sweet Little Birdie House - "stay"
1970"s Cabinets w/Scallops - "go"
I am certain they were beautiful in their time
A view of my (temporary) open shelving
So glad everyone will not always be able to see right inside them.
CONCRETE PATH- "go"
